Fees & disclosures
- PillarReady is not a lender, is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration, and cannot guarantee any loan approval. The lender makes every credit decision.
- SBA does not require you to use an Agent or packager to apply for an SBA loan. You may apply directly to a lender.
- Early access is free: PillarReady charges no fees to owners and receives no fees from lenders during early access. If that changes, fees will be disclosed in writing before you engage us and, for SBA loans, on SBA Form 159.
- Readiness scores, automated pre-underwriting checks and AI output are preliminary decision support: every rule is logged, and any file that does not pass every check is reviewed by a person. They are not credit decisions, pre-approvals or predictions of approval.
- We currently serve Texas businesses only. We do not broker merchant cash advances or sales-based financing, and we do not offer personal credit repair.
Early access: no fees are charged to owners or received from lenders.
SBA Form 159
For SBA loans, PillarReady completes and signs SBA Form 159 (Fee Disclosure and Compensation Agreement) listing each service, the amount, and who pays. You will review and sign it too.
Refunds
If SBA or the lender determines any fee is unreasonable, we refund it. [Refund policy text pending attorney review.]
Draft disclosures pending review by counsel. Not legal advice.
